American Housing Foundation

Established in 1995, American Housing Foundation, Inc. (AHF) is a nationally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to acquiring, developing, and managing affordable housing communities for seniors and low-income individuals and families. With a mission to provide quality housing solutions, AHF focuses on creating safe and sustainable living environments that foster a sense of community and stability.

AHF operates several senior housing communities, including Columbia Crest, Highpointe, Northern Pines, Van Allen, Whitehall Court, and Wilton Commons. These communities are designed to offer comfortable and affordable living options for seniors, promoting independence and quality of life.

In collaboration with its property management arm, American Housing Management Company, Inc. (AHMC), AHF ensures that its properties are well-maintained and managed in accordance with its core principles and goals.
