DeLuke Orthodontic Coaching (DOC) is a comprehensive educational platform founded by Dr. Mike DeLuke, a board-certified orthodontist with over 20 years of clinical and academic experience. DOC is designed to support orthodontists in achieving clinical excellence, financial prosperity, and personal fulfillment.

Dr. DeLuke is a third-generation dental professional who built a successful orthodontic practice in Upstate New York. After growing it into a multimillion-dollar enterprise, he transitioned to academia and consulting, focusing on airway orthodontics and practice management. He has served as a faculty member at various institutions, including Albany Medical Center and the University of Connecticut, and is currently an adjunct professor at Nova Southeastern University .
