Lisbeth Calandrino Business Strategies & Customer Service Training

For the past twenty years, Lisbeth has been helping businesses develop sales opportunities and build customer service strategies to increase their bottom line. She considers herself and after sale marketing specialist. She recently joined forces with Followyourcustomer, Inc. as Director of Business Development. FYC is an email and direct-mail marketing program used in many industries.

Lisbeth’s presentation style is straight forward, enthusiastic and content packed with years of business experience. She is someone who can improve your bottom line, motivate your team to move out of their comfort zone and make them laugh. Lisbeth connects with her audience with real-life stories and speaking directly from the heart.

Lisbeth Calandrino has been providing training tools and strategies for businesses and organizations for over 30 years. Her customers range from independent retailers and business to The Home Depot and Lowe’s Companies. After retiring from her own chain of retail floor covering and furniture stores, Lisbeth sent off to develop Fabulous Floors Magazine, a consumer publication, where she continues to function as Associate Publisher and Social Media Specialist. She is a frequent speaker and panelist at industry conventions throughout the country and Canada and teaches product knowledge and claims for several manufacturers.

After 2008, Lisbeth found it necessary to review her own business strategies and embrace new technologies. This sent her off on a search for marketing tools incorporating social media, customer relationship management (CRM) and other online tools. This led her to author “Red Hot Customer Service.” This book won an award from Dragonfly Publications as one of the top selling “how-to books” to books” of 2013. She has also won several international marketing awards.

Lisbeth’s career started in Human Services as an Associate Professor of Psychology at Columbia-Green College. Her consulting firm,” Organizational Management for Change” was instrumental in developing team building programs for the State of New York, private industry and municipalities. Lisbeth received training on organization development through Pepperdine University, the State of New York and through the Social Psychology Master’s Program, S.U.N.Y. New Paltz, New York.

Lisbeth is immersed in social media, producing two blogs: one on ‘Customer Service’ and the other on ‘Success’ for the Albany Times Union Newspaper. She lives in Historic Hudson Park, in Albany, New York where she is active in volunteering in many community programs and an award-winning runner and yoga enthusiast.
